1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

The Medical Travel is a coordination and support service operated by Veltara Global Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), a company registered in Thailand.

The Medical Travel provides travel coordination, concierge support, and organizational information related to third-party clinics, hospitals, and service providers.

The Medical Travel does NOT provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical opinions, or emergency medical services.

 All medical decisions, treatments, and clinical discussions take place directly between the patient and the chosen healthcare provider.

2. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

The Medical Travel collaborates with independent third-party providers, including but not limited to clinics, hospitals, translators, drivers, hotels, and nurse-at-home services.

These third-party providers operate independently and are not owned, controlled, or supervised by The Medical Travel.

The Medical Travel is not responsible for the actions, pricing, service quality, outcomes, or conduct of any third-party provider.

Users enter into a direct relationship and agreement with any third-party provider they choose to engage.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our services.

Users acknowledge that all medical treatments, risks, decisions, and outcomes remain exclusively between the user and the selected healthcare provider.

Users are solely responsible for verifying and complying with travel requirements, visa requirements, health requirements, and applicable local laws and regulations.

4. NO GUARANTEES

The Medical Travel does not guarantee treatment success, medical results, availability of doctors, appointment scheduling, or exact pricing.

All medical procedures involve inherent risks, which must be discussed directly with the healthcare provider.

5. PAYMENTS & FEES

The Medical Travel does not collect payments for medical treatments or procedures.

All financial transactions related to medical services, treatments, or procedures occur directly between the user and the third-party provider.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, logos, documents, and materials published by The Medical Travel are the intellectual property of The Medical Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Medical Travel shall not be liable for:

  • medical outcomes or complications
  • dissatisfaction with treatment results
  • negligence, errors, or omissions by healthcare providers
  • travel disruptions or visa issues
  • communication misunderstandings
  • acts or omissions of any third-party provider

The role of The Medical Travel is strictly limited to information and coordination support.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Australian Privacy Act, and other applicable international data protection regulations.

9. WEBSITE USE

Users must not misuse this website, upload harmful or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use website content for unlawful or competitive purposes.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Medical Travel may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Veltara Global Co., Ltd. shall be the legal entity responsible for the operation of The Medical Travel service.
